Erlotinib Hydrochloride is a medicinal drug available in oral conventional table form. It is the hydrochloride salt of a quinazoline derivative with antineoplastic properties. It is used as the test receiving first-line, maintenance, or second or greater line treatment after progression following at least one prior chemotherapy regimen. It can be useful with gemcitabine in the first-line treatment of people with locally advanced, unresectable or metastatic pancreatic cancer.
