Action Mechanism
This capsule belongs to a class of drugs called protease inhibitors. HIV infection gets perpetuated among new cells that the body produces continually. Protease is the enzyme that forms the new structural proteins and enzymes. Reyataz capsule blocks the activity of this protein protease and results in the formation of new viruses with defective proteins. These viruses are unable to infect the body’s cells.
