Active Ingredient
The active ingredient in this medication is Trihexyphenidyl, which is an oral anticholinergic agent used predominantly in the symptomatic therapy of Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders. This component has not been associated with serum enzyme elevations during treatment but has been implicated in rare cases of acute liver injury.

It also helps decrease muscle stiffness, sweating, and the production of saliva, and helps improve walking ability in people with Parkinson’s disease.
