Active Ingredient

Vardenafil Hydrochloride is an active ingredient in this medicine that allows men with erectile dysfunction (ED) to achieve and maintain an erection. It is a condition in which a man is unable to achieve or maintain an erection long enough for sexual intercourse. It can be a result of conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, prostate problems, and heart disease. Personal lifestyle factors including stress, alcohol, and/or tobacco use can also play a contributing role.

Indications

Vardenafil-composed medicine is indicated to treat male sexual function problems like impotence or erectile dysfunction. In combination with sexual stimulation, Staxyn works by increasing blood flow to the penis to help a man get and keep an erection.

This medicine does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases like HIV, hepatitis B, gonorrhea, and syphilis. Practice safe sex using latex condoms.

Action Mechanism

This mentioned medication is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor. Staxyn acts by increasing blood flow to the penile during sexual stimulation. Due to this increased blood flow can cause an erection. This medication does not cure erectile dysfunction or increase sexual desire. It shall always be taken after sexual arousal.

Dosages

Given erectile dysfunction medicine is made available in dosages as mentioned below:

• 10 mg: It is an orally disintegrating tablet that should be taken up to once a day, at least 60 minutes before sexual activity with or without food as prescribed by the doctor
