Action Mechanism
This mentioned medication blocks an enzyme called 3-hydroxy-3methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase. This is an important protein needed in the formation of cholesterol in the body. Livalo reduces total cholesterol, LDL, and VLDL cholesterol in the body.
Dosages
