Shipping & Returns

TopMedStore delivers all orders shipped via the international Express & Registered shipping method.

Orders that are subjected to be shipped within 72 hours of successful payment. The order will be shipped from our International depot.

Shipping policy is flexible with a method for shipping, you can choose it regarding your convenience.

Registered Shipping: The package will be delivered in a timeframe of 15-21 business days. You can your order after 7-10 days from the date of shipping.

Please note: This method has limitations on online tracking. When the package is on the way to you, it will show the package is in transit and will be delivered soon.

Express Shipping: Most often the delivery is within 5-7 days. Maximum it takes 9 to 14 business days to deliver a package.

Partial Shipment

In the case of larger orders, the order must be shipped in multi packages. You can check your order under the order history tab. It is provided with all the information. Check: Order history- Log on to My Account and then go to Order history for more details.

Cautious Packaging

All the medications that are shipped are packaged with caution. TopMedStore Shipping policy do not allow contents in the package to be identified from the packaging.  

Damaged Package

Online pharmacy is responsible to deliver the highest quality service. You can contact our Customer Service Team if delivered wrong or damaged package.

Reshipment

We might replace your order if it has not been shipped if provided

  1. Correct and reconfirmed shipping address
  2. 21 business days from shipping date has completely lapsed
  3. If you have contacted our Customer Service Team within 8 weeks after the ship date.

Cancellation of the Order

According to the fact with the Logistic company processes, it is not possible to cancel the order after 24 hours if it is just a few hours of receiving delivery. Contact the customer service team if you don’t need a product. Our team will help you in every aspect to accommodate you.
