How should be Diabeta consumed?
DiaBeta is usually taken with breakfast or the first main meal of the day.
What should be avoided while taking Diabeta?
If colesevelam is also consumed, avoid taking it within 4 hours after DiaBeta. Avoid drinking alcohol. It shall lower the blood sugar and might interfere with the diabetes treatment.

Many drugs can also affect blood sugar control. This shall include prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products.
