What is Nyefax?
Nyefax is a calcium antagonist and acts particularly on the cells of the heart muscle, the smooth muscle cells of the coronary arteries and the peripheral resistance vessels. It does not change the amount of calcium in your blood or bones.
What does Nyefax do?
Nyefax dilates the coronary arteries, reduces the vascular smooth muscle tone in the coronary arteries and prevents vasospasm. The final result is an increased blood flow and increased oxygen supply.
What is Nyefax used for?
Nyefax is used to treat: coronary heart disease, angina pectoris - exercise induced chest pain, and hypertension - high blood pressure.
What is to be taken care of while consuming Nyefax?
Nyefax tablets may affect your ability to drive or use machinery. Care should be taken until you know how this medicine affects you especially at the start of treatment, on changing the medication and in combination with alcohol.
